The house contains a cozy living room including a TV with Roku. The fireplace is not available for use. The open floor plan leads into the dining area with a large table that seats up to 8 guests - a perfect place for the family to gather.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook including pots, pans, utensils, and more. There is a coffee bar in the kitchen with all the ingredients you need to start the day!
The outdoor seating area is covered in a lanai, so no need to worry about bugs or the sun. There is a tabletop firepit in the lanai - perfect for making s'mores.
The main bedroom contains a comfy king bed, as well as a dedicated workspace. It also has a huge walk-in closet and a beautiful ensuite bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms are located down the hall off of the living and dining room. They both contain queen beds and are located next to the second bathroom, which is very large and has an abundance of counter space for getting ready. The bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
There is a washer and dryer available for use located in the garage off of the kitchen.
Guests are free to use the entire home including the garage and backyard. The only part that is off-limits is the small shed in the backyard!
