The inn is located 1 1/2 miles from the west end of main street, away for the bustle of Murphys. Come to the front door of the inn to check-in (between 3-7pm) and check-out (by 11am).
The 'Drop Shot' has a small bedroom with a queen bed and pillow top mattress, en suite bathroom with shower, and entrance area with mini refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee/tea maker. Orange juice, bottled water, cereal and milk are provided to start your day.
There is central heat-a/c plus a window a/c unit and a floor space heater.
The outside patio area is your private oasis to enjoy the beautiful vista of hills and trees.
'Drop Shot' is not handicap accessible.

Construction of the inn was completed in the fall of 2014 and the tennis courts were completed 3 years later. 'Drop Shot' guests can use the courts on a walk-on basis, so bring your non-marking shoes, balls and rackets. Lessons are also available with owner Larry Parker (former USPTA Pro of the Year); call in advance to book a session -- $105/hour private or semi-private.
Courtwood Wine Tasting Tours are also available. A 4 hour tour of wineries along Highway 4 includes light lunch and costs $125 per person, reserved in advance.
