Wonderful 2 bedroom 3 bath floor planned condo and desirable lower level corner unit. Very close to all Lake attractions! Owner prefers renting to families and older adults groups only.
This is one great condo. The entry area is very welcoming and sets the mood for a wonderful vacation! Just to the left of the entry is the second (Master Suite) bedroomwith a queensize bed and a full single vanity sink bath with a combination shower/tub unit in a seperate powder room. Beyond the entry is the nice sized living room with a leather sofa(queen sizesleeper) and loveseat. The entire living room area seats 6 and includes a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. Off to the leftof the living and dining room is the oversized Master Suite with a king size bed,main channel views of the water, flat screen TV,walk in closet and outdoor access to the screened in porch.The master bath is set up with a double vanity and includes a powder room with a shower/tub combination unit. Also adjacent to the living room is the dining area for 6 and breakfast bar for 3.The nice sized u shapedkitchen is just off the dining areaand is stocked with everything you need for your stay at the Lake.Also off the dining room is theutility room with a full size washer and dryer. As you can tell this condo has everything you would need for your stay - any time of year!
What a great complex. You`ll know when you drive in that you`re at a very special vacation retreat. You`ll certainly enjoy sitting out on the condo's private screened in porch anytime of day. Guest have access to a lovely seating area directly off the living room and off to the side of the screened in porch is a high top dining set for 3. There is plenty of roomfor kicking back and relaxing on the screened in porch and emjoying the main channel lake view. And just to the side of thefront door is agas grill for your use as well under the stair well. Don`t forget to take in all the complex has to offer with it 2 great pools, kids playground, landscaped gardens, concrete tables overlooking the lake, covered picnic areas, plus a basketball court and 2 tennis courts.
This 1347 square foot corner unit condo is packed with all the needed vacationing amenities. WIFI, gas grill, TV`s in two rooms, and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances include a range, refrig microwave, and dishwasher. The unit also has a washer and dryer for guest usage.
You are on the very desirable side of the lake. Very close to all the attractions in Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach - including the Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall. Regatta Bay is within 5 minutes of two great golf courses (The Ridge and The Cove) as well as just a quick 10 minute drive to the Lake`s favorite area restaurants. There are lots of things to do at the Lake. Come to the Condo and take it all in!
Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
