You will feel right-at-home in our fully-updated two-bedroom, one-bath condo located in the heart of "Centro Histórico" (Historic Downtown) Mazatlán. The eight-unit building is located in Playa Sur (South Beach), steps from the sand on Olas Altas Beach. Plazuela Machado is a four block walk through tree-lined well-lit streets, where you'll find quaint restaurants within historic buildings as well as the Angela Peralta theater.
The fully-equipped kitchen has Mexican tile counters, a coffee maker, toaster, cooking items and -- of course -- a ceramic chips and salsa tray and tortilla warmer! There is seating for two at the kitchen bar, and a table for four in the dining area.
The living room includes seating for four around a flat screened SmartTV and wifi.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a dresser, and a cozy reading nook. Both of the bedrooms have high quality mattresses, comfy bedding and lots of pillows. (We're happy to make the twin beds up as a King, if you prefer.)
The bathroom features Mexican ceramic tiles and a large modern shower. There is also a compact washer/dryer combo under the bathroom counter. And, no need to struggle with lots of liquids or heavy items in your luggage, as you'll find a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, and sunscreen in the bathroom.
We offer lots of great extras designed to make your beach vacation as easy and as fun as possible! There is a small beach-bag style cooler, a large beach bag, and plenty of beach towels. There are also two fabric shopping bags, in case you'd like to try your hand at shopping at the open-air market a few blocks away.
If you're traveling with small children, no need to pack a crib, stroller, or highchair - you will find it all here. And, there is also a nice selection of toys, games, and books (in English and Spanish).
Our family home is a few blocks down the street, where you're welcome to share the pool or borrow a bicycle to pedal around town.
