The home is located in a very safe small neighborhood community. Two miles from the Space Museum, 20 min from White Sands National Park, 15 min from Holloman Air Force Base and only a short 30 min drive to the beautiful village of Cloudcroft. This comfortable home offers a nice screened-in back porch with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The large fenced back yard has a BBQ grill and a fire pit and enough room for outdoor activities.

Conveniently located near the foothills; you'll find beautiful views and hiking trails within walking distance. Great lighting throughout the entire house with high speed internet. Ceiling fans in majority of the rooms , AC and heater can be set to your preferred temperature.
In the living room enjoy the Smart TV, board games and assortment of Blue-ray/DVD's. Cozy living room where you can relax, watch movies and play some games.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. We offer a Keurig and complementary K-pods and a few snacks for all our guests.
Master bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom. You can lay back and enjoy watching your shows on the 40 inch TV with a roku.
Laundry room equipped with a full size washer, dryer, iron and countertop iron board. Complimentary detergent pods and fabric sheets will be provided for the first couple loads.
Note: The whole house is available for use except the garage and outdoor shed.
