BEST DRINKING WATER:
No need to buy bottled water, we have brand new amazing water filtration systems including whole-house Chlorine & Chloramine removal and water softening system in the garage. For drinking/cooking we have a high-end reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink for the cleanest, best tasting water in Phoenix.
POOL & BACKYARD FEATURES:
We have a newly built "salt-water" game pool that kids and adults of all ages will love. The great thing about going into a salt-water pool is that you can enjoy it for hours and not smell like chlorine when you get out. It also does not burn your eyes underwater. Our game pool is 4 feet deep in the middle and 3 1/2 to 3 feet on each end. We also have a large "Baja" shelf, shallow area that is only 7 inches deep -- great for lounging in the Adirondack Chairs under the umbrella.
For carefree swimming, our pool has NO annoying motorized pool cleaner, so you won't get caught up in the typical long hose cleaning system. Our pool has a state-of-the-art in-floor cleaning system that not only allows you to swim freely, but also optimally circulates the water so there are no cold spots throughout the pool. After using the pool, we just ask that you kindly put the pool covers back on, in order to keep the heat inside. In the cooler months October - March, it may be necessary to heat the pool for your visit, if that is the case, we can heat the pool to a nice 88 degrees for an additional $25 per night or $100 for the weekly rate. Just let us know and we'll be happy to turn up the heat prior to your arrival.
We have a new Weber Natural Gas Barbeque with plenty of room for grilling and you'll never run out of propane or have to deal with empty tanks.
In the backyard we also have a large artificial turf area that you and your kids can enjoy doing yoga or cartwheels!
