Outside deck and patio facing the St. Lawrence River. 🐟My home is equally distanced six miles from Clayton Village and Cape Vincent Village. Boat launch at Cedar Point State Park which is a 3 minute car ride away and enjoy the sandy, beach and great swimming. Stretching from Lake Ontario north along the St. Lawrence River, the Thousand Islands Region includes 28 state parks, [State park pass to use during your stay ]. Off-street parking with room for boat trailer. Enjoy the Thousand Islands from this quiet, beautiful place. Outside large deck plus concrete patio with fire pit.🔥 Popular pub, The Osprey House less than 1/4 mile away plus close to all restaurants, museums, and sight-seeing in Clayton and Cape Vincent. Alexandria Bay 20 minutes for a faster pace. Bring your passport: 40 minute car ride to Kingston, Ontario Canada or take the super sweet Cape Vincent Ferry. ⛴History buffs will love visiting Sackets Harbor, 30 minutes away, and learning about its' significance during the war of 1812. Two apple-trees in front yard to enjoy.🍎 No immediate neighbors. Ask me about best restaurants. My home is quiet and very comfortable with beautiful views. Nigh time star gazing is absolutely breathtaking from deck or patio. Thousand Islands offers so much to do in our villages.
