Positive: The view is gorgeous up at half of the hill facing the sea. We opened our balcony door whole night and woke up facing the sea. So precious like a real vacation. It's halfway up the hill to be away from the beach parties noise, but also close enough to enjoy the see. Walking distance to bunch of restaurants. Just perfect!! This is gated community with staff always at front desk. Very warm and accommodating for guests. Safe and relaxed environment. Parking space available in the community. Love it!!
Negative: If you do not have a car or rent a car, this is a perfect place for you. If you need to drive, and you're like me from Texas where everything is bigger and including the road, driving up the steep hill road can be nerve wracking LOL. It's not something to do with the condo apartment. Driving in Mexico can be challenging in general, plus the up and down hill. Just be prepared what you get into.
Summary: Best home in party city. Perfect beach view and away from party noise.
