Located in a quiet, wooded, Old Tahoe residential area, this home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only a few minutes walk to a lovely local beach, 3 minutes to larger Kings Beach and a short drive to 10+ North Tahoe ski/boarding resorts and cross-country ski areas. Relax in the Great Room with the gas fireplace and enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with top of the line appliances.
Upstairs: The Great Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom with bathroom.
Downstairs: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 2 rooms each have a Queen bed and 1 room has 2 sets of bunk beds.
PLEASE NOTE: The furthest bedroom is accessed through the bunk room.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with easy access to the outside deck with a gas grill and a wood slab table that overlooks the garden. The landscaped garden has a comfortable outdoor sofa and a large new hot tub.
