Surrounded by trees and natural beauty, this house offers all necessary amenities, including wifi. House has a wood burning fireplace both in living room and bedroom. Each area has its own lake view along with deck and balcony. On three levels house has an all wood interior with wide pine plank floors throughout and high, vaulted ceilings. Sleeping loft over kitchen is ideal for a third person or child. The bathroom's sloped, skylighted ceiling is over a claw-footed tub sunk in Mexican paving tiles. Original art with folk art and collectibles add to this home's uniqueness. Fully heated and air conditioned. Sleepy Hollow lake includes two private pools, sandy beach, doggie beach, plus tennis and basketball courts all within minutes of the property. Grills and tables can be found in several locations for picnics. A special place that is beautiful in all seasons!

Both Athens and Coxsackie have charming parks sitting on the Hudson. They offer summer concerts and waterfront dining as the seasons permit. One steps back in time here and finds things still lovely, still fairly secret, as the towns nestles in the foothills of the Catskills known as the Hudson Valley.
