The estate consists of 56 acres with frontage on Montsweag and Brookings Bays. A combination of open fields and wooded areas contains over two miles of trails for hiking and cross country skiing. Tidal bays offer 2/3 tide access for kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and fishing.
During warmer months a large woodshed (studio) provides an area for socializing, dining, and entertaining. The woodshed provides views of open fields and Montsweag Bay. Abundant wildlife and woodlands add to the enjoyment of "The Farm".
