Summary: This a motel. If you're looking for a luxury hotel experience, you will be disappointed. Compared to other motels, this is a nice place to stay especially if the location is convenient for your plans. It's in SoMa which is not so much centrally located but more like "adjacent." I find the in-room refrigerator and microwave to be very useful. At this time (mid-2025), rooms are being renovated and rooms are rented that are "in progress." They are suitable for use but unfinished. That said, the renovated sections are very attractive. While there's a very nice wall-mounted television, personally I don't fully understand how it works. It's not cable/satellite but (I think) Roku. Even so, I can always find something interesting to watch. Staff seems friendly and helpful. They even had the form you have to sign at check-in printed prior to my arrival. It might only save a minute or two but it's a nice touch.
