The home was built in 1924 and still retains the charm and character of homes built during that era. The home is over 1,700 sq. ft and features four bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, Double Bunk, and a twin), sleeps 10, two full baths, large living/dining area, gas fireplace, outdoor wood burning fireplace, tile floors, 55' flat screen smart TV with surround sound, DVD, cable TV, washer/dryer, WiFi and bicycles. There is security camera coverage of the front yard only. Although not ocean view, the home is in a very desirable South Seaside location just 250 feet from the beach and is a very easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Seaside has much to offer all age groups and this very comfortable home is a great location to experience it from.
NOTE: Stays from Memorial Day to Labor Day require a 5 night minimum, however, shorter blocks may be available. Cancellation policy is flexible. There is a no refund policy in the summer, however, owners will work with guests to reschedule or provide a refund for nights that are later filled by new bookings.
