Relax with all the comforts of home at the shore. Clean comfortable year-round 1307 sq. ft. brick beach house. Not a seasonal cottage. Large kitchen and stylish painted bedrooms. Lots of amenities and more. Walk to the beach with your items in carts provided or drive down to the lot with the seasonal beach pass that is included for one vehicle Fully enclosed outdoor bathroom in the summer is handy after a long day at the beach. Large carpeted deck 10' x 32 ' for eating or just relaxing. Awning on the deck for summer rentals. Plenty of seating for deck and lawn relaxation. Large gas grill for family cook outs with spare cylinders. Kitchen is fully equipped, stove with double oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, smoothie makers, coffee maker plus Keurig coffee machine, blender, waffle maker, sandwich maker, can opener, toaster oven, large slice toaster, mixer, griddles, electric fry pan, crock pots, multiple sizes of cooking pots including lobster pots, lobster crackers and pics. plenty of pots and pans, lots of utensils and plenty of cups, glassware, dishes and silverware. All bathrooms include dispensers full of shampoo. conditioner, body-wash and liquid hand soap. Towels and beach towels supplied. Living Room, Kitchen, and 3 Bedrooms have ceiling fans and portable fans. AC in bedrooms July through September. Bedrooms include sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters, blankets and mattress covers. Iron and ironing board and cleaning supplies included.
Living room has TV, DVD/VHS player, and Wireless Wi-Fi internet. Dual sided fireplace and firewood supplied for off season rentals. Pit pit available to cook marshmallows year round. Many indoor and outdoor games and basketball hoop. Beach supplies included are chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. Full outdoor bathroom for convenience from a day at the beach. Full basement has bathroom with shower, TV for playing DVD/VHS movies, video library with over 1000 movie titles, air hockey and soccer table ,and additional seating. Washer and dryer in basement for your convenience. Also outside clothesline for bathing suits and towels. Check my reviews to show guest statisfaction. Refunds up to 60 days before arrival summertime and 14 days before arrival off season, excluding holidays 6 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. No extra guests or parties, Driveway parking for up to 5 Vehicles Weekly Rentals only mid June thru August. 25 YEARS OLD MINIMUM TO RENT SORRY NO PETS of any kind (no exceptions-please do not ask) NO SMOKING inside or on deck.
