Unwind at our serene property minutes away from the beautiful nature and scenery that the PNW has to offer. Sitting on 5 acres of private land with an extravagant covered outdoor patio (perfect for all weathers) with a large hot tub, bonfire pit and bar area perfect for hosting family/friends or events. This zen home is filled with beautiful handcrafted wood artisan furniture that allows for a modern cabin feel. Minutes away from the beautiful Stillaguamish river and in close proximity to parks and hikes/trails.
It has three bedrooms with one-of-a-kind custom made furniture that you cannot find anywhere else. You will enjoy hand crafted wooden artisan beds made by local furniture craftsmen and abstract art pieces by local Washington artists. In the first bedroom you find a full size bed with a beautiful live edge headboard, in bedroom 2 you will find a queen bed with a gorgeous furniture and a spacious closet to store your things. The 3rd bedroom has a handcrafted twin bunk bed. These rooms give you a real cabin lodge feel.
The common areas include a main living room with a comfy extra large sofa with TV equipped with streaming platforms for your entertainment. But the fun doesn't end there! We have a second living room as well equipped with books for you to enjoy. PS: there is wifi so this is a great place to work away from home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with tools and supplies to make your stay comfortable.
Host a delicious meal in our dining area that includes a large table to host 6-8 guests along with a coffee and tea bar with complimentary ingredients stocked up for guests.
The outdoor area has a grand covered patio with amazing outdoor seating meant for all weathers. Along with a entertainment bar perfect to host small gathering and get togethers. We also offer a huge bonfire pit hosting area that you can snuggle up in and make s’mores! And the best part... a covered jacuzzi hot tub with a privacy screen perfect for all seasons.
The property is nestled away in a private road on 5 acres for your privacy, yet still close enough to stores and activities for your convenience.
Arlington, WA has beautiful nature to explore and hikes to go on. Some of our favorites include - Stillaguamish river (5 Mins away), centennial trail (3 mins away), twin rivers park, country charm park, portage creek wildlife river, Granite Falls (20mins ) lake goodwin, (20 mins) , burlington northern railroad, 40 mins to darrington hikes (white horse mountain, old sauk river trail, mt. Pugh), 50 mins to seattle.
And if all the house amenities and nature didn't keep you busy enough- visit the Arlington kangaroo farm or the local food and bars to have some more fun!
Things to note:
We have renters living in the mother in law unit, but they do not share any of the same amenities as the rental and will be completely separate from the rental. They have their own parking space as well.
We will ask the guest to sign a required hot tub waiver after booking.
There are ring surveillance cameras on the property and patio/hot tub area.
