Our cabin is a 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath cabin in Windham. Tucked away on the mountain, it sits on 5.5 acres of land with a private road in a secluded area. It is perfect for a peaceful getaway or fun adventures. After experiencing all the activities the area has to offer, enjoy the deck or relax by the fire pit or play basketball in the garage! With plenty of space inside and out, you will love spending time here and never want to leave.

WINTER ROADS
The property is situated on a private gravel road. In the winter, the roads receive snow clearance and salting services after major snowfalls. Please plan ahead and ensure you have proper vehicles that are prepared and equipped for driving in winter conditions that are likely to be encountered during your visit to the property. We recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.

WIFI & CELLULAR SERVICE
Due to the secluded nature of the house, cell phone service may be a little spottier than normal, depending on your provider. You may not get any reception at all. However, we do have internet in the house.
TRASH DISPOSAL
Before checking out, all guests are obliged to drive their trash to the waste management facility, less than a 10 min drive away. Please be prepared to have space in your car for your trash bags and $2 cash per bag at the waste facility.
*Recycling is free of charge at the facility if it's sorted out
If garbage is left- additional fee will be charged- minimum of $50.
