5 Bedroom Condo in Palmar de Aramara, Puerto Vallarta

This penthouse is located in the 2nd tower on the 15th and 16th floors. With over 5000 square feet of living space it is the largest floor plan in the complex. The elevator takes you directly into the unit which opens on the 15th floor and includes a large living room, dinning area, family room (equipped with 65 inch flat screen and bose sound system), kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 double beds) with a full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. The family room has 2 day beds that act as couches and can be used for guests to sleep on for larger parties. There is a wrap around deck with unparalleled views equipped with lounge chairs, dinning table, bbq and dipping pool (this is not a hot tub, but a cool pool). On the 2nd floor, there are 4 additional bedrooms all with balconies and their own full bathrooms, 2 of which have jacuzzi tubs with views of the bay. There are two master suites. The first master is has King size bed. The second master has 2 double beds. The third bedroom on the 2nd floor has 2 double beds and the 4th bedroom has 1 double (this room also has the laundry facilities and a smaller bathroom than the rest but still a great view!)
The exclusive gated community of Shargri-la is located across the street from Marina Vallarta and its shops, restaurants and access to many of Vallarta’s adventures. (Fishing, Sailing, snorkeling, diving, golf and Adventure tours) The condo is located on the beach with a 150 yard infinity pool, two swim up bars, private beach, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, workout room and fully staffed poolside restaurant. If thats not enough, there is a golf course a block a way and a short cab ride from downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malecon.

Summary: Shangri-la was the perfect property for our family of 8. We loved spending time at the pool and private beach. The kitchen came fully stocked plus! Shangri-la offers ocean views from almost every room and a nice outdoor space that allows you to enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. The restaurant at the pool has very good food, drinks, and service. Everyone on the property are very nice and welcoming. The location is across from Marina Vallarta which offers a great variety of shopping and dining. We can't say enough about our sweet cleaning lady, Aurora, who made the place sparkle everyday. Aldonza greeted us and gave us a nice orientation of the property. The owner was responsive of all of our inquiries. It was a fantastic Easter spent at Shangri-la. We hope to return!
