Charming Cottage in River Front Community!
“Work From Home” & enjoy proximity to the Ocean and the River. Located in the sought after Cedarcroft community located on the Metedeconk River. Start your day by walking across the street with your morning coffee and sitting by the River watching the sunrise or boats. Spend your free time at the clubhouse / beach. The cottage is just 1.5 miles from Point Pleasant, 3-3.5 miles to Bay Head. It is also just >15minutes to Garden State Parkway (exit 91) and 195 (exit 31B).
By June 15th our cottage will be completely renovated with updated kitchen (new refridge, oven, microwave, countertops), Bedrooms (new beds/linens), Bathroom (all new), a beautiful sunroom and new windows throughout. The spacious backyard to spend your evenings grilling and sitting by the firepit or playing cornhole.
