THE HOME
The spacious main floor of this open-layout home is perfectly suited for entertaining. Plenty of natural light fills the shared living space, gourmet kitchen, and dining area. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couches or enjoy your favorite film on the flat screen TV. Home chefs will enjoy whipping up a memorable meal in the gourmet kitchen - which has plenty of additional seating for spectators and sous-chefs! 1) While this home accommodates up to 20 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $75 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 20 total guests) to confirm your booking.
2) This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
3) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
4) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional fee of $175/day plus tax.
