Guest will have keyless entry. A code will be sent to you before check in. When you walk in you will be greeted by a spacious living room and kitchen. All bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are all located on the first floor. Masted bedroom, has a deck off of the room. Equipped with a queen bed and office space/vanity. Second bedroom,full bed and the final bedroom has a twin bed. All rooms have smart tvs, so you can connect to your streaming services.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you you get the boost you need to start your day. HyVee within 8 minutes as well as other stores around the area.
Other things to note: Home has back deck off of master bedroom. Porch off of living room. Both are perfect for morning coffee! The back yard is Fully fenced in with a fire pit. Please let us know if you are traveling with children, we have toys,bassinet, high chair, car seat and wagon available for use. Please advise if needed upon booking. Please just remember to bring this back for the next guest.
