Summary: Wonderful home! The location, closeness to beach, garage, back deck, overall cleanliness and beds were super comfy. Fabulous time and would rent again! Here are some things that were disappointing (and I think easy fixes / suggestions):Old, rusty, half filled propane tanks, should definitely be replaced / Yard is gorgeous, but needs serious trimming, bushes to front door growing over walkway, same over parts of driveway and deck / refrigerator in bsmt should be moved to garage, its currently downstairs without an outlet / waterheater leaking / need food storage big time near kitchen, old hutch could be replaced / closet in kitchen could be pantry / cob weds and dust in certain areas / all the old tools, materials and 'stuff' from owner should just be throw out. Lastly, parking beach pass with the home.
