You’ll be near golf, walking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants, and central Houston is around 25 miles away. The non-motorized boat launch for Lake Houston is a little over a mile away.
At home, you’ll love the view from the waterfront back yard. Relax with some sweet tea or fire up the grill for a family barbecue while the kids play in the fenced space. Upstairs, you’ll find a quiet waterfront balcony, ideal for a good book.
Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, an open living space, and two walls of windows that bring the view inside. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime between the kitchen table, breakfast bar, and formal dining room.
