We are perfectly located in the salt lake valley, only a 40 minute drive to 6 world class ski resorts , a short drive to breathtaking trail heads, and only a few miles from downtown and the best restaurants in town. This home sports 2 kitchens in case your large group requires some serious cooking. After a long active day come and decompress in our spacious 8 person hot tub or just sit back and relax on our wrap around porch.
The Space
The house has been fully renovated for the comfort of our guests. The main floor of the house has a beautiful wide open living room with a couch that fits the whole party. Sit back and enjoy any movie/show/channel you can think of on our large 70" UHDTV. A long 8 person dining table and a kitchen island that comfortably sits 4 people so that the whole family can bond over meals together. The first floor of the house has a game room with a bar-sized pool table, a comfy couch, as well as a fully equipped second kitchen.
The hot tub sits under a beautiful grape vineyard with lovely ambient lighting for the perfect way to relax on a chilly winter night. Fruit is seasonal but the property has green grapes, cherries, plums, pears, and apples that our guests can enjoy if the trees have bloomed (mainly summer and spring).
Enjoy all the comforts of a city while being 40 minutes away from world class powder at Brighton, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Deer Valley, and Park City.
Do you expect to work a couple hours of the day? You can bunker down at 2 of our work from home set ups which are equipped with monitors and charge pads for your convenience.
