The long driveway leads to this extremely private 5 bedroom home. In summer enjoy the heated pool, large yard, driveway basketball hoop and local beaches. In off-seasons enjoy the yard, deck with amazing sunset views from the adirondack chairs, basketball hoop, fireplace, attic hang-out with pool table, 4 private workspaces with desks and WIFI for quiet working. The main floor is open and includes an oversized kitchen with island and family room with sliders to the spacious deck. Grill and eat on the deck, down by the pool or inside. The basement is a full one-bedroom apartment with french doors to the pool. The 2nd floor has 4 large bedrooms including the large master suite. The bonus attic hang-out is a perfect spot to watch the game, for kids/teens to play xbox or to shoot pool. There is also an indoor basketball hoop in the attic and a pop-o-shot in the basement in addition to the driveway outdoor basketball hoop!
NOTE there is a 2 week minimum in the summer and a 7 day minimum all other times. Please do not try to book or request shorter timeframes. They can not be accomodated and will be cancelled. Absoluteley no pets and no smoking.
