We do not give refunds for power, weather or internet outages. 4x4 is not required to access the property at all except in cases of snow.
While we do our best to inform our guest about upcoming winter weather it is smart to always keep the weather checked while coming to the mountains in the winter. If you would happen to get your vehicle stuck in the snow or ice the guest are responsible for paying a towing company to pull them out. We will gladly give you recommendations on who to use.
