This is an incredibly charming 1906 home. It does need some repairs and updating. If you are looking for perfection, this is not the home for you. But with each guest a little more can be updated. I love it for the original windows, woodwork, and spacious place for large families to come and enjoy eachother.
The basement is a separate apartment. Please leave 1 parking spot for them. They have their own private entrance.
