This renovated bayfront one bedroom condo is the perfect place to enjoy 180 degree sunset views, and all that Stone Harbor's quaint downtown area has to offer. A quiet setting but just steps away from shopping, restaurants, bars, the Reeds Hotel and the beach. All you need is a swimsuit and some sunblock you're set. There is a back patio which overlooks the bay and Stone Harbor bridge, as well as a dock for fishing. Mesmerizing sunsets! The condo is furnished with 3 beds (1 queen bed, 1 double bed + 1 twin bunk), a bathroom with Shower & bathtub, kitchen and living room with sofa. Cable and internet access (during the summer months) are provided. The property is equipped with central air and heat but you won't need it with the breeze. There is parking for your vehicle, although you'll likely spend all of your time walking. This is a quiet little community, perfect for relaxing.
