Our vacation rental is located straight up the hill from the main Cathedral in the downtown. You can travel by taxi or uber to the base of the location. From there you must walk about 100 yards up the hill to the most amazing location and view of all Puerto Vallarta.
It's the perfect place for a writer, painter, composer, single people and couples. You have PV and its bay at your feet and better yet...total quietness to focus on your work and to rest...you will only hear the birds. It takes five minutes to downtown...a bit more to go back but it's such a lovely walk that you won't regret a bit of exercise or you can just take uber for $4 USD.
The space is all yours, it has its own entry as you can see in the pictures. It has fast speed internet connection, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful balcony overlooking the town...the mountains on one side and the bay on the other side. The food market is just 15 minutes walk away.
The neighborhood is called Gringo Gulch, here is where Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor used to live. It's the most wonderful part of Puerto Vallarta with some first class restaurants near by.
Parking space available at the foot of the property. You will need to climb up some steps. Since you are in the old town everything is within walking distance. The most popular beach is just 20 minutes away and the malecon is just 6 minutes away.
If you want to get the Mexican feeling, this is your place and spot to spend your holidays. Please note that the cleaning fee of $30 USD applies weekly and has to be paid upon arrival. Thanks for your understanding.
