Welcome to our recently upgraded, spacious yet comfy and inviting family lake house! Feel the zen as you step on the front porch, outfitted with rockers and sofas. This home can be your getaway any time of year!
Located in the heart of Union Pier, a quick 4-6 minute walk to the corner bakery (Black Currant), market (Union Pier Market), mini-mart grocery store (Milda's), beach gear and rentals (Red Arrow Ride), frozen treats (Neon Moon Gelato), restaurant (Union Pier Social, Red Arrow Road House, Whistle Stop and Timothy's), breweries (Barn Dogg, Mangata Beer and Seedz).
Choose one of two public beaches (Townline or McKinley), each about an 8 minute walk from the property. Walk to Skip's Restaurant and Farmer's Market from May to September!
For security, there are two Ring cameras installed at both the front and back entrances.
This is a NO PET and and NO smoking/vaping property.

The main level of the home offers many gathering spaces.
There are two living rooms. The main/large living room has multiple sofas, a large tv with cable access and a Blu-Ray DVD player. A library of movies (and books and games!) is available for your stay, located on the shelves - Feel free to watch (read or play!) your favorites and please leave them for the our next guests. There is a gas fireplace and instructions regarding usage are on the mantle.
The smaller living room across the hall has a pull out sofa (twin). There is a tv with an attached DVD player, which is perfect when others want to watch their own shows/movies!
The spacious kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils and all your cooking needs. The island has chairs for three. There is also a chair at the desk area.
The kitchen flows into the dining room, which has 6 seats, but can seat 8 comfortably (feel free to move chairs from the kitchen).
The screened in porch has a table and chairs for 8. Enjoy the gas grill for cookouts during your stay!
The powder room is located off the hallway.
This home sleeps 11 comfortably with the main/primary bedroom (king) on the first floor. The bathroom is en-suite and includes a large shower, jetted tub and walk in closet with a double vanity.
There are four spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with beautifully vaulted ceilings.
The first upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 - The lower bunk is a full and the upper bunk is a single. This room has a walk in closet that is perfect for building forts, playing games and having an indoor camp night for younger children.
The second upstair bedroom has a queen bed plus a desk.
The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a small corner desk.
The fourth upstairs bedroom has two twin beds.
The upstairs bathroom has an extra large shower, double vanity and skylight.
The laundry room is on the main level and has a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience.
The basement has extra high ceilings and provides an oasis of games for kids and adults, including a pool table, foosball table and XBox 360. Feel free to use the games provided during your stay and please leave them for our next guests.
End your day with a soak in the hot tub, located a few steps outside of the screened-in porch. Towels are provided. There is also an outdoor shower.
Major highlights of the property include a putting green and fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
Guests are also welcome to use the beach chairs and toys that are stacked in the basement.
The detached garage is not available to rental guests.
There is so much to do here year-round! Explore the local antique shops, botanical gardens, breweries, casinos, farmers markets, fruit orchards, amazing local restaurants, the shopping center at Lighthouse Mall, wineries, and Warren Dunes state park, just to name a few!
Please NO pets and NO smoking/vaping in the property.
