Summary: It took 15 minutes just to get in the room. The staff was very apologetic and tried so many different ways to get us in our room. Re-loaded info on card, was trying to change batteries on door lock, jimmy it with a screwdriver... then finally used a lock out device. It was a first, and after that things went smoothly. Only real complaint was the stale musty smell of the room... but at least it did not smell like weed like in the hallway. The place was clean, a bit dated, but cudos on cleanliness.
