Summary: Located just off I-2, and a quick 22 minute journey to the border, Super 8 has become my lodging of choice. The beds are comfortable. The fridge and microwave are always handy. The soap, shampoo, hand and body wash, and moisturizer are great. They use the bottles that are secured to the wall as a more eco-friendly option. You can watch HBO, enjoy the pool or hot tub. They have charging spots for electric vehicles. They have a small store with snacks, candy, drinks, and other incidentals in the lobby. They serve a hot breakfast with sausage, breakfast potatoes, make your own waffles, and more. But if you are in the mood for something else, Chef Cris will make you an omelet or breakfast taco as part of the premium breakfast option. I paid $6 for a really good loaded omelet, made to order. I recommend you give it a try. It might become your go-to lodging as well.
