The private backyard also has lots of entertaining things to do:
- Private swimming pool with baja deck sun shelf and benches on both sides for lounging in the pool. Pool is sanitized with high end UV and Ozone equipment which greatly reduces the amount of chlorine and chemicals. The pool is preheated to 80 degrees year round, which is included in the listed rental rates. Heating beyond 80 degrees is available upon request for an extra cost.
- The pool's Endless Pool swim machine provides the ability to swim or exercise in place against a smooth, adjustable speed current, or can be used as a lazy river with the provided inflatables.
- A backyard misting system to cool the space 15 to 30 degrees, depending on humidity
- Hot tub large enough to seat 6 comfortably
- 4th Bedroom is in a detached casita overlooking backyard with a vanity sink, 58" TV and AC/heat (no toilet).
- BBQ gas grill
- Two outdoor seating areas with fire fits, plus outdoor dining table.
- Two person hammock
- Airstream travel trailer in photos is excluded from bookings.

- Four bedrooms that sleep two each (including casita) plus a modular couch that is the same size as two twin single beds or can be arranged into a single king size sleeping surface.
- Three full bathrooms (one inside each master bedroom and the guest bathroom includes a tub shower combo). The casita has a vanity sink however no toilet.
Please note: we have outdoor security cameras to monitor the exterior of our home, however there are no indoor cameras. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund for the balance of the booking.
