The Alwin is an inviting bungalow nestled in the heart of beloved Germantown! This home is the perfect location for a longterm stay of 90 days or more! The property also includes a separate private rental that is fenced off and completely separate.
Layout:
The first level is made up of the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, screened in porch with hot tub, and two bedrooms with a connecting Jack and Jill bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom One has a queen bed and Bedroom Two has a full bed.
The second level is made up of the bonus room and the primary bedroom with a king bed; it has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and bathtub.
Parking:
Please park on the street in front of the home.
Neighborhood:
A few blocks northwest of downtown, Germantown is lined with beautiful Victorian buildings and homes and is known for having some of the city’s best restaurants as well as shops, bars, and breweries. Attractions include the Bearded Iris Brewery, TopGolf, The Nashville Sounds Stadium, the Nashville Farmers Market, and the Tennessee State Museum.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
