Enjoy the comforts of home in this four bedroom, two bath ranch style home. The Bears Den is located within minutes of everything Wisconsin Dells has to offer. Enjoy the peace of this private yard in this quaint community when you are done hitting the waterparks. The home has a large backyard and deck with ambient lighting, patio table and chairs, both gas and charcoal grills, game box with yard games for fun and a well-lit fire pit for your evening s'mores. The Bears Den sleeps a maximum of 10 people.
The master bedroom has one queen bed and twin bunk beds, Roku TV, electric fireplace and a jack and jill en suite with dual sinks, a separate shower and a whirlpool tub. (Starter shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and hairdryer provided). The three additional bedrooms share the second full bathroom and have Roku TVs. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and the third and fourth each have queen size beds. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in a nicely equipped kitchen. The kitchen is open to the adjacent dining area and family room which comes with a gas fireplace (seasonal use) and a Roku TV. The 2nd living room has a Roku TV and a game cabinet. Fast, quality Wi-Fi is provided!
A large utility room with washer and dryer add to the conveniences of this home. The Bears Den is also a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. This home is pet friendly – pet fees of $75 per dog, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed. Home sleeps maximum of 10, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.
