A prime vacation spot at the heart of Newfound Lake. Just walk directly across the street to swim at the public beach and grab a cocktail at Newfound's seasonal restaurant favorite The Big Catch. Enjoy the spacious front lawn with sunset fires or with a sunny day game of corn hole. We have newly renovated kitchens, bathrooms (with laundry) and bedrooms! Nestled just a few steps away from another Newfound Lake favorite the Ledgewater Steakhouse.

This listing is for Cottage B. The Birchwood Cottages are a set of 2 newly renovated cottages (new kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms) set directly across the street from Newfound Lake and Town Beach a public beach for guests to use and enjoy! Each cottage provides parking for up to 4 cars each.

Cottage B has a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom and a laundry. Cottage B comfortably sleeps 6, having 1 full size bed on the 1st floor & 2 twin beds and 1 full bed on the 2nd floor. We also have a couch that pulls out to a bed and a cot to accommodate more sleeping spaces for others. We always include freshly cleaned pillows and blankets. Two ductless mini split units are in both the 1st and 2nd floor, each having remotes to fully control AC/Heat.
Each cottage has a spiral staircase leading up the 2nd floor.
A new fridge, electric stove and dishwasher are provided. We are always updating our home so every year there is always something new. We have Wi-Fi, including a 43" Amazon FireTV to access streaming services you may have like Netflix, Hulu and etc.
Enjoy the scenery and nature while relaxing in the front yard or walk over to the Ledgewater Steakhouse and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and a steak dinner. You can also walk across the street to the Big Catch, a Newfound Lake staple. The Big Catch serves up frothy summer drinks, beer and cocktails along with serving some of the best fried seafood in the area. The Newfound Lake Inn is right up the road as well with a newly updated indoor and outdoor bar space with a beautiful lake view.
During the winter time visit Tenney Mountain, a great family ski mountain, only 15 minutes up Route 3A. Tenney 's Backcountry Bar & Grill is the perfect place to kick back by the fireplace and enjoy a cold beer after long day of skiing or snowboarding. Ragged Mountain is only a 25 minute ride, with over 55 amazing skiing and snowboarding trails. Snowmobile trails surround the Birchwood Cottages as well!
Guest access-
Guests have full access to the entire home (Cottage B) along with parking designated for the cottage you're staying in. Guests also have access to the public beach which is directly across the street, in front of the cottages. They will have access to the Wi-Fi, the front lawn/fire pit & washer and dryer.
Other things to note-
Bath towels are provided but it is recommended for our guests to bring beach towels with them. Beach chairs are not provided but are recommended as well.
