Relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach , BBQ in the courtyard as the sun sets or kick it inside to high speed internet movie streams. Just minutes from the beach and town, from the beach and town, enjoy 360 degree privacy and a newly remodeled one bedroom abode.
Our place is just far enough off the ocean that it’s often times 20 degrees warmer than on the beach. We face due south , so when the sun comes out we soaks it up. The interior is cozy, but plenty of room for two. The place could accommodate one child using the pull out couch as it pulls out to a queen bed.
You'll have your own private entrance just steps from your parking. The french doors open up to a large brick courtyard with grill and hot tub. The large grassy yard and fire pit are adjacent and flanked by a bamboo garden which are available to you as well.
PLEASE NOTE: To keep costs low and make the place affordable, I do not charge a cleaning fee. As a result, I expect that guests leave the place as clean as it was when they arrived. I do however have the place detailed and common areas sanitized but i dont pass the cost on to my guests.
* if the place is not clean after your stay, I will charge a $100 cleaning fee, which is the average cleaning fee for the area.
The hot tub is cleaned after every guest and treated with bromine. The tub is set at the standard 104 degrees. Please do not try to change the settings. Please remember to turn off all jets, lights, and close the lid.
