This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Dallas home sleeps 10, and is one of the most unique and luxurious options in the area. The Dallas Dream House is magnificently finished, and supplies every amenity that you will need at your fingertips. It is ideal for your most memorable family getaway! Enter the great room and you’ve arrived at the vibrant center of any occasion. Comfortable furnishings mingle with a large electric fireplace and a lively modern kitchen. Whether it’s the natural light of the day pouring in through the large windows, or the cozy, sparkling interior lighting by night, this gracious space always beckons. The living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating. The spacious, unique open concept is the hallmark of the property while the beautifully appointed private spaces are thoughtfully laid out to maximize entertaining. From here you can open the expansive french doors and enjoy the patio area or take a dip in the pool. The massive open concept kitchen is nearby and equipped with a gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, quartz island and custom bar area. You will find all that you need to entertain family and friends right at your fingertips. If you are not walking to a local restaurant for dinner, you can opt to dine at the stunning dining room table that seats 12, the choice is yours.

BED CONFIGURATION:

All four bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master king bedroom includes a 75 inch 4K Smart TV, a private sitting area, and massive bedroom - closet as well as an ensuite bath with tiled double shower, freestanding tub and two vanities. The second bedroom has another king bed, attached closet, as well as a private bathroom with a large walk in shower. The third bedroom includes two full beds and a closet with shelving. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed and an attached closet. A jack and jill bathroom with access from both the hallway and fourth bedroom is adorned with a tiled, step-in glass shower/tub combo, as well as two separate vanities with quartz countertops.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:

The resort style pool with fountain feature and sun-bathing water ledge is located right off the living room, to provide you with easy indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy outdoor dining for a crowd under the 20 foot tall pergola table. Keep mosquitoes away and stay cozy with the fire pit. Have a round of corn hole, then head to the bar for a mixed drink!

PARKING: This home comes with your own private driveway with space to park multiple vehicles, as well as a two car garage and back alley driveway for additional parking. Street parking is also available.

How much parking is there? Family and friends can park in the driveway, garage, and street. There is ample free parking.

RULES: (THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ)

• Please let us know all guests that will be present. Any large parties or unauthorized guests without permission will result in immediate eviction without refund. Should there be any unregistered guests, the reservation will automatically be terminated, and we will ask you to leave.

• There is a surveillance camera located in the front entrance of the property as well as in the backyard. Please do not cover, purposely obstruct or tamper with the camera at any time. Doing so will result in immediate eviction without refund.

• Keep noise level to a minimum after 10:00pm. We have decibel meters installed and will be notified if the noise level becomes too high. (We will be notified by the neighbors as well).

• Backyard noise level should be always at a respectable level. This is a neighborhood, and you should not be a distraction to the neighbors. (We will be notified by the neighbors)

• There is NO SMOKING (cigarettes, marijuana, vapes) permitted inside the home. Extra cleaning fee of $500 to remove odors will be applied. If you must smoke, please do so at least 100 feet AWAY from the property. NO SMOKING in the backyard. (We will be notified by the neighbors)

• Guests must not lower AC temperature lower than 67 degrees (unit will freeze)

• Please place used dishes into the dishwasher & run a load at the end of your stay. Please leave the house reasonably tidy. Our cleaning crew takes their enhanced COVID-19 cleaning sanitation protocol very seriously.

• Please use safety and caution when using the pool. It is NOT fenced so be mindful of all children during use. Glass is not permitted in the pool area.

• Pets are not allowed. We are an allergy free property.

• Please treat our belongings with respect.

• Checkout is at 10:00am. Guests will be charged $50 per half hour after 10:00am.

• Should guests leave the house in poor shape after departure, they will be charged an additional cleaning fee

• If any of these rules are broken, the reservation will automatically be terminated without refund.
