There are two units on the property and you have full access to your unit and the properties yard and amenities. The other unit is completely secluded with a private entrance and do not have access to any anything other than their unit. The house is keyless entry and the front door code will be given to you upon arrival.

* Pool and Spa Heating Fee *
If wanted, there will be an additional charge of $40/day to cover the costs to heat the pool. This will typically allow guests to swim comfortably between March and October. The pool and spa will typically get 20 degrees warmer than the outside air during the colder months.

There will be an additional charge of $100 per animal for any and all pets (Excluding Service Animals).
