Located in Mark Twain's boyhood hometown, and Major League Hall of Famer Jake Beckley's hometown, this property is nestled in the town's western edge in a peaceful, mature neighborhood, just 5 minutes to the hospital, 7 minutes to downtown, and less than 5 minutes to Walmart. This is really the ideal and optimal short term rental for the traveling nurse, doctor, other medical professionals. First priority will be given to medical professionals, as they have the opportunity for month-to-month lease agreements, at a significant discount from the nightly rate. Corporate Executives wanting a piece of home life and not the hotel life will also greatly appreciate this space. The pool has been removed and converted to an outdoor gathering area with fire pit. The basketball court allows the occupant to get outdoor recreation time without having to go to the gym. This is my childhood home, so please respect it as you would your own. The home is fully furnished, with kitchenware to prepare any meals (food not provided). Pets of any kind are not allowed indoors due to family member allergies. Thanks for looking!
