Great home in a great neighborhood, 2 miles from downtown Ocean Springs and 2 1/2 miles from the beach. When you take a break from fun downtown activities play some pool, grill some steak or seafood, or visit the beautiful Cheers-like restaurant/bar 1/2 a mile away in the residential area.
The space:
Pretty room with slight water view. My son named it the Regal Room😁. Even though you have private access to a huge beautiful kitchen.. you have a private refrigerator, microwave, pod coffee maker, and toaster in your bedroom. You have exclusive access to a bathroom with a jacuzzi garden tub that is fitted with a hand held shower attachment. If you prefer baths the shower fitting can be removed per request. The garden tub is a step up tub so if you have mobility issues my home may not be for you. You have a huge billiard room! You are getting 1/2 the house, 1700 sq ft, privately, no one enters your area during your stay. The bedroom room is Alexa Smart!
