Pool heater: Pool heater fee is $50/day, must be paid for entire stay. Inquiry and fee to be paid at least 48 hours before your stay.
House is not childproofed.
Security cameras: Our property is equipped with Ring outdoor security cameras and Ring smart doorbell, that record video/audio and is motion sensitive. The security cameras/smart doorbell are overlooking the front door, driveway, pool area and rear exterior of the home.
Beach chairs: Yes. 6 chairs
Bikes /golf cart : Can be rented online or on-site. (See House Manual for recommendations)
Washer and dryer: Yes ; Detergent provided
Coffee Maker: Keurig - pods and regular (not provided)
Shampoo/conditioner/body wash: yes
Events: No events, group gatherings or parties are allowed , unless pre-approved and event fee was paid. Please send us a message regarding event fee.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 12 guests ):
• Bedroom 1 – King Bed, ensuite bath – 1st Floor; another full bath on 1st floor
• Bedroom 2 – King Bed, Jack n'Jill bath – 2nd Floor
• Bedroom 3 – Bunk Room, 1 Full/Full, Jack n' Jill bath – 2nd Floor
• Bedroom 4 – King Bed, ensuite bath – 2nd Floor
• Bedroom 5 – King bed, ensuite bath – 2nd Floor

-NO Smoking. Smoking of any kinds is strictly prohibited.
-Pets NOT allowed. If there will be evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property, the guest will be charged a fee of $500.
-NO parties.
-Pool: NO Glass allowed in pool area. NO lifeguard, swim at own risk. Children of all ages should be supervised by an adult when swimming or playing close to pool.
-Check in after 4:00 PM and Check out is before 10:00 AM. Late Check out will be subject to another day’s rental fee. No exceptions. We must allow enough time for our cleaners to prepare for our next guests.
-Occupancy: Maximum 12 guests Minimum age: All guests must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the online agreement may not stay overnight in the property.
-Do not move, alter, disconnect, cover, or temper with security cameras or internet devices, doing so will result in a $500 fee
-Please do not touch, use, or alter pool equipment and machinery. Incorrect settings can cause major damage and will result in additional charges for repair/replacement of damaged equipment/parts. Professional pool service is provided weekly on Wednesday/Thursday.
-Please don’t move furniture.
-Beach chairs to be placed back on garage rack after use.
-Remote controls to be placed where they belong.
-Please clean the grill and turn off the propane gas tank after each use.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
