This vacation home in the foothills secluded in the mountains, nature all around, 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Newly renovated 2019 from previous 3 years ago last renovations updated linens and towels yearly nov 2022. It’s fully furnished, linen, cooking equipment and all. Bring your suitcase, this is all you will need. Golfing, hiking, shopping, galleries, dining and gourmet grocery store (AJ's) all within walking distance. This vacation property was renovated 3 years ago and this 2019 spring for a freshened up design. 2 patios, 2 enclosed court yard front and back. Private enclosed 2 car garage. Eat-in kitchenette, dining room area, large living room with wall to wall windows and Doors all new 2019. Master bedroom has a private bathroom, patio door to the back, custom barn doors for main bedroom door and closet. No carpet, all new Italian floorings throughout. New roof 2018, New HVAC (heating and cooling) 2018. This townhome is a single story, no stairs.
Includes all utilities, weekly cleaning for long term available at customers request or bi weekly, landscaping, HOA, trash, water, heating and cooling, WiFi internet and cable provided in cost.
Desk with some stationary, chair, lamp and printer.
Cooking has everything you need, kitchenaid mixers, blenders, crockpot, nespresso machine, additional coffee machines, French press and so much more! Even a juicer.
This is a great getaway, not suited for little kids!
Dogs allowed, but not on furniture. Extra cleaning fee for dogs that shed. We have to clear air ducts!

Wildlife around us, Bob cats can jump the walls,
DO NOT leave your pets outside! They will not bother humans. Outside around property you’ll find tons of javelinas (no need to go to the desert museum). Please do not leave anything outside the property or they will tear into it scavenging for food. There is a compost. Please no pet hair or pet waste (even though it’s considered compost- gross! We use it for vegetable gardening!)
