A vacation/creative apartment on Venice Grand Canal, with a 2 block "barefoot" walk to stunning Marina Del Rey Beach, and a 5 minute walk to Venice Pier and world famous Venice Beach, which includes many restaurants and attractions. This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Queen and one with an Eastern King size bed. We just remodeled the baths. They now can be joined for one luxurious bath or kept separate as two. The unit has a nice galley kitchen, separate dining room and spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Venice Canal. Additionally, a spacious 2nd floor balcony features comfortable furniture and a beautiful view of the Canal. Many entertainment industry professionals enjoy renting this space claiming it is a creative work space. We've had producers, directors, editors all stay and work in this calming unit. We even had two Brits finish their film and get accepted to Sundance while staying in the unit. Good vibes for all you creative types... and also all you type-A's looking to chill out and unwind! Please note this is a no smoking unit. You are more than welcome to smoke on the canal walkway in front of the building.
