The Bedrooms include:
• The master bedroom, located on the first floor, presents with a King bed, an en-suite bathroom, fireplace, and a private workspace overlooking the garden!
• The second bedroom, located on the first floor, also features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, fireplace, and its own private workspace
• The third bedroom is contained within a freestanding casita on the first level of the property. The bedroom features a king bed, and its own workspace
• Every room has plenty of cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!
The Bathrooms include:
• Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!
The Kitchen includes:
• A modern chef's kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests' post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
HOLT's Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has two security cameras on the exterior, one with a view of the main door, and one with a view of the garage entrance. In addition, there is a camera on the rooftop with a view of the rooftop area and one on the patio. There are no security cameras in private areas of the unit. Recordings are deleted after 30 days

Pets are not allowed. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught will be subject to a 500 USD fee.
We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
Our property has a garage available for one vehicle, making parking easy. It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot. Our uphill prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel, as it offers both, beautiful scenic views and easy access to everything the city has to offer. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, we can share our trusted contacts with you. There are also taxis and Ubers available at reasonable prices.
