House Rules:
We expect quiet and respectful guests who take care of our beautiful Villa as their own and respect the rules of coexistence of the condominium.
Do not use loud music after 10 pm.
Help us save energy by turning off the A/C if you are not using it or within the area where it is on and with the doors closed.
Please do not lie down or sit on furniture or beds when wet.
Please do not enter the house when wet since the floor is made of marble and an accident can happen.
Please use the rooms only as a bedroom; the sofa in the living room is not to be used as a bed nor the living room as a bedroom.
The capacity of the Villa is 12 people maximum between children and adults, no more people will be accepted inside the unit.
Electricity.
Electricity is not included. Each person pays the fee established by the CFE per kilowatt for each stay. Approximately 6 pesos per kilowatt. Upon entering the unit, a photo of the electricity meter is taken and upon leaving, and the guest pays for the electricity used.
Pets are allowed, but only small breed dogs and cats. They must be calm and trained. There is an extra fee per pet to be paid in cash and a guarantee that must also be left in cash for any damage that may be caused by the pet. Maximum number of pets allowed is 2.
