All areas of the villa, both the bedrooms and the dining room and the kitchen have a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay, so it also has a lot of light during the day. It has a very spacious central patio with a very comfortable place in addition to the terrace that has direct beach access.
The Villa has three bedrooms and three beds, with enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The villa comes with a 4-seat golf cart included.
**The Base Fee shown on the platform only includes four people. Extra charges from the fifth guest onward. We always ask you to register the exact number of people in your reservation so you can see the final rate.
With your reservation you have access to the full condominium and the beach. You also have a day of free access to the Caimancito beach club within the Orchid House which is 600 meters from Puerta Cortes. Along with your access, you have a consumption of $500 pesos per person that goes on our own. Book with us and ask about transportation.*

For the golf course, green fee is paid and booked directly on the El Cardón website.
They will also have access to the Marina area (Pueblo Marinero) where you will find more restaurants, a mini market, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, coffee shop and ATMs among others.
The development is located almost 8 km from the heart of La Paz, within this you can find a mini supermarket, a cafe and restaurants of different types of food and even a doctor's office. However, if you need other more specific services or purchases (like drinking water), some supermarkets have home delivery.
About the Golf Course:
Opens from 7:30 am to 3 pm, Tuesday to Sunday (self-paid). Some guests like to bring their own sticks, the unit does not have them. To get there you can drive or call a transport service from Puerta Cortés (the resort)

- Late check-out: In case you need to leave after 11 am or just leave your luggage inside the condo, please ask for availability and prices.
- Golf cart: We do have 4-seats golf carts available for rent.
