The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with dual vanities, along with a full size washer and dryer. This unit sleeps 11+ with cot and air mattress. There is driveway parking for multiple vehicles and you are just a 3 minute walk to basketball courts, a baseball diamond, a large playground, as well as a pond if you like to fish!
