With easy highway access, it's a short drive to PHX Airport & Spring Training stadiums, and only minutes to Old Town Scottsdale & downtown Phoenix.
The Tempe Gem is close enough to walk to all the attractions in the area while still being located on a quiet street a mere 2-blocks away from the epicenter of it all. With 3-stories and over 1700 sq. ft. in the townhouse, there is plenty of space for everyone in your group to spread out and make themselves feel right at home.
The entire top level of the townhome is the Primary Suite; comfy queen bed with upscale linens, Smart TV, private sitting area, walk-in closet, and large en suite bathroom (soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, private commode room, and lots of amenities provided for our guests.)
The middle floor of the townhouse features vaulted ceilings over the main living room with plenty of seating for the whole group to watch a favorite show on the large screen Smart TV, a selection of board games, large kitchen with upgraded appliances (including gas stove!) and dining table for all to gather around for great food and great memories! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make you favorite meals and more.
Also on the middle floor is the second bedroom with cozy Queen bed, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a small safe available for guests to use as well; instructions provided.
On the bottom floor of the townhouse is yet another living room with Smart TV. The sofa pulls out to another Queen size bed and provides a good deal of privacy for anyone that sleeps here since it’s located on a separate floor of the townhome. There is also a half-bathroom on the bottom floor, a laundry room and access to the 2-car garage as well.
Head out to the community pool just a 2-minute walk from the townhome where you’ll find sun lounge chairs, a picnic table and a covered gazebo. Pool towels provided for you at the townhouse!
