4 Bedroom House in Marina Real, San Carlos

This vacation home is located in Marina Real, a neighborhood in San Carlos, and is in the mountains and near the beach. Marina San Carlos and San Carlos Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California and Cerro Tetakawi. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. Marina Real #110 is an upscale single-family home within a short walking distance to the breath taking bay and sandy beach. (approximately 100 yards to the private beach) The home has travertine tile throughout and a lovely fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, coffee makers, blender and toaster. The laundry room is located right off the kitchen with washer, dryer and utility sink. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The adjacent dining room seats 8. There is also a half bath right off the great room.
You will marvel at the beautiful brick domed ceiling in the great room. The great room has ample comfortable seating, tv with limited direct tv channels and Blu-ray player that has netflix. Located on the second floor the great room has huge picture windows for enjoying the views. There is a sliding glass door opening onto a breezy covered terrace with lots of patio furniture and a gas grill. From this terrace you can access the dramatic spiral staircase leading to the palapa covered rooftop terrace. This is where you will spend your time taking in ocean views and breezes, sunsets and mountain views. The master suite with private bathroom is located on the second floor and offers a king-sized bed, and comfy sitting area, as well as access to the terrace.
Three of the 4 spacious bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the first floor. Each room has sliding glass doors that open onto, yet another covered terrace and a new swimming pool, the back yard landscaped with palm trees and Hibiscus and a convenient outdoor shower. One of the first-floor bedrooms is a suite with a new king-sized bed and a private bathroom. This room has a private entrance through the garage and separate climate control unit (split-mini). The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a king-sized bed and the other offers sleeping for 4 in a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. This vacation home is a great retreat for families or small groups. We have one dive center that rents the house for five weekends every dive season. Guests love the privacy provided by the spacious floor plan and outdoor areas and the proximity to the beach and beautiful marina.
