*No parties, gatherings or events may be held at this home. No unregistered guests allowed, please plan to only bring the people you registered when booking, up to our max occupancy of 8 people.
*We have 3 parking spaces in the rear and street parking in front of the home. Please plan to park directly in front of our behind our home only, and not at a neighbor's property.
*We have hi-speed WIFI, Hulu and Disney + during your stay.
*We provide basic cooking supplies such as oils, spices, condiments and all cookware. We strive to keep these items well stocked, and ask that you notify us or replace items that run out during your stay.
*The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 11pm-7am at the home, and must be respected at all times.
